How are items shipped?
We use mainly two types of carriers for shipping (UPS & USPS).
3 to 5 business days
Alaska, Hawaii: Deliveries may take longer; some items cannot be shipped to AK/HI
APO/FPO: Deliveries may take up to 21 days; some items cannot be shipped to APO/FPO addresses
Items cannot be shipped via UPS to P.O. boxes
Shipping and handling charges are based on the delivery option you choose. You'll see the shipping cost listed on the " Delivery Information" page during checkout.
International shipping options and costs:
Questions regarding international shipments and orders may be asked contacting firstname.lastname@example.org. International orders do not ship without customer approval so questions regarding shipping charges will be answered once an order is placed.
Do you ship to countries outside the United States?
Absolutely! We attempt to ship our products in the safest and least expensive way possible. We will work with you by phone or email to determine the best way to ship your purchase. Although the final responsibility for taxes and customs rests with the customer we will try to assist you to help determine if any of these taxes or customs charges apply. We want you to shop with us and receive your merchandise as inexpensively as possible. We realize that the cost of shipping may deter you from buying from us and it is in our benefit to keep these charges low. Will I have problems with customs?
You may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further information. Additionally, when ordering from therecycledfind.com, you are considered the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods. Customs authorities require us to state the value of the gift item directly on the package.
Ordering: Ordering multiple quantities?
Please be aware that our availability estimates are intended for single-quantity orders. Orders for multiple quantities of the same item may take longer to process.
In-stock items often enter the shipping process immediately, so it is difficult to change an order containing in-stock items. When ordering such items, please double-check the details of your order before submitting it.
My package is marked as delivered but I haven’t received it yet
On occasions, USPS may update your delivery status a day early in anticipation of its final delivery. If you have not received a notice, or your package is still not delivered on the following business day, please check with members of your household, neighbors, apartment/office managers first to see if someone accepted the package for you. Occasionally, packages may become lost in transit, delivered to an incorrect address, left in or near the garage or tucked behind bushes out of plain view If you are unable to locate your package, we recommend calling-1-800-ASK-USPS and asking them to open a case, that way they can contact the delivery unit responsible for further information. You should receive a call back regarding the issue within 2 business days. There are plenty of instances where a package marked as delivered, but not received, has been recovered and properly given to the addressee. If you have had issues with missing or stolen packages we recommend you give us a different address, like a relative, or your work address.
My shipment has been lost
All USPS mail shipments within the United States will be considered lost if they have not arrived after 15 business days per USPS. Orders lost due to incomplete address information provided by the customer are the responsibility of the customer and are not eligible for a refund. Packages that are confirmed delivered by a delivery confirmation number are NOT eligible for a refund. Please make sure the shipping address you use for your order is to a safe and secure location. Packages that are stolen after delivery are not eligible for a refund and the customer will need to file a claim with USPS.
